Who are you guys?
Takoma Park people who love music. The Tree House belongs to Pete, Anne, and their two kids, Aline and Gabe. Aline's good friend Zelda's dad and mom helped to set this whole thing up (that's Matt and Janet). Both couples are having a blast bringing great music into the living room.

Yes. How do I get in?
Please use Google Checkout on the show page to make a donation. If you have problems, email us at treehouseconcert@gmail.com with how many tickets you want. We'll email back with an address to mail a check. If we get it in a week, we'll keep your spot. If it is the week before the show, no more donations by mail will be accepted so feel free to drop a check off at the Tree House.
Where are my tickets? I got an email that said "my order has shipped."
We will send you an email that will be your "ticket." Just print it out and bring it with. And, we have a list at the door of who has bought tickets and you can also check in that way.
Your show sold out! How do I get on the waiting list? Because we want everyone who comes to our shows to be comfortable, we can only accommodate so many people. We do keep a waiting list, so if you find yourself unable to get tickets online please email us (include your email, telephone and how many tickets you are looking for). We usually don't know if there is space until the day of the show (that's when folks tell us they can't make it after all). And if you want to get first crack at getting tickets to one of our upcoming shows, please sign up for our mailing list on the home page or send us an email.. How many people can the Tree House seat?
We can fit about 50 people sitting and more if some folks stand (seating is first come, first served). We're kind of new to this so we're still figuring this part out.
What happens with my donation?
We give all proceeds, minus expenses for the sound system and chair rental, to the band. We want to provide as much support as possible to the bands we love. On occasion, we will also support specific causes.
How can I book a show at the Tree House?
Just send us an email. Again, we're a little overwhelmed at work and with families so it might take a while to get back. We tend to favor indie rock but also like some folk, jazz, Cajun, bluegrass etc.
How many concerts do you have a year?
Maybe four, five or even six. There's a lot of great music out there and if the people want it we may have to provide.
Food and other stuff?
We'll have some stuff out to enjoy but we would appreciate it if you would bring beer, wine and something to nosh on.
What about kids?
We have them and we love them and we want them to enjoy live music so we will plan to have some early shows that they can enjoy. In the meantime, space is tight so anyone under the age of 12 needs to sit on a lap and anyone older than 12 needs a ticket. Thanks for understanding!
Anything else?
The musicians are doing all of us a great favor by playing for us. So....listen, maybe dance a little on the porch or deck, and enjoy.
